**IMPORTANT NOTICE**


Compounded GLP1 medications have a very limited availability and are reserved only for patients who cannot tolerate branded drug dosages, need additional therapies added to the GLP1 medications or have another medical need for compounded medication vs. Commercially available medication.  We are able to prescribe branded medications for all clients and are happy to do so.


For branded medications,  patients will pay the pharmacy directly for medication and will receive 1:1 guidance and coaching, meal planning and portal access for $99 per month.
